So, the parents are moving to Europe for 3 years and I was feeling the need to send them off with a going away present that could really mean something to them... cuff links for the dad.. earrings for the mom. Paired pennies (one dated 1983- my sisters birth year and one dated 1985- my birth year) equal some meaningful, yet interesting pieces of jewelry. Stamped words, patina and a polish give these pennies a look they've never seen before, and a look that could really cash in.
